Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge about material specification is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English is a must
Job Description :
- Prepare requisitions, planning orders and purchase orders
- Organize and scheduling for expediting raw material in a timely manner
- Development and approve high-value international and local purchase orders by requesting quotations from qualified suppliers, evaluating offers, and selecting the most competitive option while ensuring complience with company procedures.
- Track / expedite record orders and delivery
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality
